How to get hundreds of followers?

You can't just sit in front of your computer and search for hundreds, even thousands of twitters. And you don't want to spend hours and hours spending on the internet finding websites which have 'follow me' icon and clicking them all day along. This will just take ages.
You need something like Phoenix Twitter Desktop download the software and install in your computer.

Note:
You will need to install .Net Framework, If you don't have it, the software will not install.

Now, you can install the software. Open it and Go to New Account Manager Window. Now you need to login with your twitter account. Click on New tab and put your login name and password.

After that, go to New Friend Adder Window, and login with your account. On Finding Friend Methods, you need to put keywords based on your interest eg: make money on twitter, weight loss, acnes, insurances etc etc.
Click GO!

Now it will start to add friends. Just keep an eye on status.

You will following only for now. In one or two days, you will start to get followers. At this point you need to make sure other people are following you, if they are not following in next 24 hours, just delete them.

Once you have enough followers, you will be asked to post ads and you will get paid.

It is up to you how much you can earn and what other techniques you will use.
But don't over do it, you will get BANNED.

Hacker Modifies Facebook Home To Work On All Android Devices

Within few hours after Facebook Home arrived on Google Play, hackers from XDA forum have launched a modified version of Facebook Home that would remove the device-specific limitation. In other words, you can now use Facebook Home on any Android device. Facebook Home is currently available only to these devices – HTC One X, One X+, Samsung Galaxy S III, Galaxy Note II, and the HTC First.

The hack was performed by XDA Senior Member theos0o; who provides details and download links here. The hacker says there is no root needed for this hack. However you will have to uninstall original Facebook, Facebook messenger and Facebook home apps. If Facebook is pre-installed then you probably need root to remove it.

Government Plans to Open YouTube After Eid

Government of Pakistan is making efforts to lift YouTube ban after Eid-ul-Fitr, reported Express Tribune.

Paper, on its website, said that Anusha Rehman, Telecom and IT Minister, has formed a committee to review the matter of lifting ban on YouTube. Committee is directed to somehow make sure that all the objectionable material is blocked or made inaccessible in Pakistan.

However, it is still unclear that how future-duplication of objectionable content will be blocked.

It merits mentioning here that Pakistan Telecommunication Authority has already expressed its inability to block objectionable content.

On other hands, Google has also not responded to Pakistan’s request of blocking objectionable content in the country, like it has done for various other regions.

Now government has hinted that it may open YouTube in Pakistan after making sure the blockade of all objectionable material, without mentioning the methods it intend to use for blocking the content.

Government said that all stakeholders will be taken into confidence before reopening the website.

Facebook For Every Phone Gets Over 100 Million Users

Facebook has announced that over 100 million people are using it’s “Facebook for every phone” app now. The app remains most popular in developing regions, where people still cling on to feature phones.

The service was launched in July 2011 and can run on almost 3000 different cheap handsets from virtually all manufacturers.

“In just two years, Facebook For Every Phone has successfully put Facebook into the hands of millions of people around the world with limited access to the Internet, giving them the power to connect and share,” says Ran Makavy, the Growth Manager at Facebook.

And while the feature phone users aren’t really great, untapped sources of money for Facebook, in the future, they might give the social network some chances as they’ll steadily get better means of connecting to the web.

Block Blasphemous Content from Facebook, Other Websites in Three Days: PHC

Peshawar High Court has ordered the authorities to block blasphemous and objectionable content available on social media websites, especially the Facebook and other websites with-in three days.

Court directed interior ministry, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority and other departments to take stern action against these websites and submit a compliance report with-in 20 days.

A Peshawar High Court bench, presided by Chief Justice Dost Muhammad issued the order in response to a petition filed by a lawyer named Arif Khan, pleading that authorities are unable to get blasphemous content blocked from social media websites.

Chief Justice said that such blasphemous content, availably freely on social media websites, incite the feelings of Muslims and result into chaos in the society.

While it is unclear that how these authorities are going to get the objectionable content blocked, it is feared that Peshawar High Court — if order is not implemented — might ban the social media websites in Pakistan.

It merits mentioning here that YouTube is blocked in the country for last eight months for similar reasons.

Twitter Introduces Two-Step Authentication

Twitter has finally introduced two-step authentication for its users to enhance security.

For those who aren’t familiar, two-step authentication means that Twitter users – after inputing username and password – will be sent a unique passcode on their phones via SMS for every login. This passcode will be used as second password before users are actually logged-in the to the website.

A confirmed email address and a verified mobile phone number is a must to use this feature.

Here is how you can enable Two-Step Authentication for Twitter:

1. Visit your account settings page.
2. Select “Require a verification code when I sign in.”
3. Click on the link to “add a phone” and follow the prompts.
4. After you enroll in login verification, you’ll be asked to enter a six-digit code that we send to your phone via SMS each time you sign in to twitter.com.

Currently allowed third-party apps will continue to work with two-step authentication. However, for adding new apps – with two-step authentication enabled – users can go to app-page to request for a temporary password for app access.

Pakistani users must keep this in mind that after you enable two-step authentication, there’s no way to login without passcode verification sent to you via SMS, even if your cellular network is offline.

Google to Launch Galaxy S 4 with Stock Android

At its famed I/O Conference, Google, instead of announcing a new Nexus smartphone, Google has announced that it will be selling the Galaxy S 4 instead with stock Android OS. The phone will come with the same specs as the original Galaxy S 4 with the only difference being the original, skin-free Android UI instead of Samsung’s own Touchwiz with Nature UI.

The phone will also lose the exclusive Samsung apps but will come with an unlocked bootloader so there won’t be any end of possibilities. YouTube Ban Challenged in Peshawar High Court

A lawyer from Peshawar has challenged the ban on YouTube in Peshawar High Court, by maintaining that the ban on the video sharing website should be un-blocked.

Petitioner,Mian Mohibullah Kakakhel, said that its in the larger interest of general public to access the YouTube.

He mentioned that authorities concerned, i.e. PTA and MoIT have failed to block the specific URLs that contain blasphemous content – unlike they claimed at various occasions – and that blocking whole website is not a solution.

Petitioner is of the view that YouTube contains countless useful videos that can not be found on any other resource. He said that nature of videos available on YouTube includes topics such as history, culture and religious importance besides music, sports, movies, news, animal planets, cartoons for kids and sermons of Islamic scholars.

He claimed that YouTube was the only website containing education contents, which encouraged students and citizens to learn technical things like making new software, robots, mechanical engineering, software engineering, how to install a hardware, advance cell phone usage and installation of software. He said that most of the software might not be provided here, or if available, a hefty amount of fee was demanded.

Petitioner said that YouTube ban is violation of basic human rights and their right to access to information that is available Publicly.

PTA through its Chairman and Minister for MoIT were made respondents to the case.

It maybe recalled that YouTube was banned in Pakistan on September 17th, 2012 when blasphemous videos on the website had triggered worldwide protests from Muslims. Pakistani authorities – during the while – tried several time to contact Google and get the access of these videos blocked in Pakistan, but they failed.

Apple To Samsung: The S4 Infringes on Our Patents

A new salvo has been fired in the ongoing Apple-Samsung war.

In a US District of California filing yesterday, Apple added the new Galaxy S4 smartphone to a list of 22 Samsung products the company claims infringe on its iOS patents, giving Apple more ammunition for next year's patent trial.

If imitation is the highest form of flattery, then these two should be happily married. But that couldn't be farther from the truth. Both are pointing the finger and this seems to be a showdown based in part on Samsung elbowing in on Apple's iPhone market and the coming change to Samsung's own operating systems.

Spencer Chen, senior director of business development at Appcelerator, says Apple is trying to protect its own profit margins and get Samsung products off the shelf. And even if they can make that happen for a short period, it could translate into huge dollars.

"Their mobile businesses are literally living or dying by quarterly earnings calls," Chen says. "It's probably worth it to Apple to proceed with this tactic given the speed and competitiveness of the handset market. Consumers won't care. They just want the best value given the choices they have in front of them at the time."

Chen says the other major reason this is important is Samsun's evolution, moving away from reliance on Android and syncing up products to better battle rival Apple.

"They (Samsung) are investing in their own mobile OS, Tizen, with other technology partners (e.g. Intel)," he says. "This is big because Samsung devices in the future will be truly vertically integrated a la Apple's products. Samsung will be able to completely control and monetize the entire stack: hardware, OS, software, and third party services."

The ironic part is that to add the S4 to the list Apple filed back in August of last year, they will have to eliminate one of the allegedly infringing devices from the suit. That's because there's only so many infringing devices Apple can name, as per Judge Lucy Koh's request.

Conversely, Samsung says Apple products, including its flagship products: the iPhone, iPad, Mac, iPod, and Apple TV, infringe on its patents. However, they have yet to add any new items to their list.

So why are they fighting? Both Apple and Samsung have hugely deep pockets, and Chen says this battle is as much for the rest of the market as it is for them. All this legal fighting is a degree of posturing, says Chen.

"Not only do they have the resources," he explains, "but both parties are establishing that they will exercise their rights in the legal system to protect their IP."

Blackberry to Launch BBM for Android and iOS

BBM, Blackberry’s signature instant messaging service, will be available for Android and IOS users later this year. With this all Android, iOS and Blackberry devices will be able to cross-communicate using BB10’s feature rich BBM services.

There are over 60 million active BBM users using blackberry devices, who will now be able to connect with their cross-platform friends from Android and iOS.

Viber Releases its Desktop Version for Free PC to Phone Calling

Viber, primarily a multi-platform app that allows voice and text chat between phone users, has now released its desktop version of app for Windows and Mac.

This landmark announcement was made yesterday after which Viber is now officially in line to take on Skype that has around or over 600 million users.

Viber said that it has over 200 million users from various platforms, and this user-base is likely to grow exponentially after the introduction of desktop version and nine new languages that were added to the pool just recently.

Viber said that it adds 400,000 new users every day, while 60 million users were added in 2013 only.

Viber said that it will allow Video-calling for those using the app from desktops. Video calling feature is currently in beta and will be rolled out to mobile app versions in near future.

Desktop version users will have to simply use their mobile account to login to Viber. Desktop version of Viber is designed in a way that users can cross communicate (voice, SMS, MMS, video) between platforms. All contacts and other data is also set to seamlessly sync between mobile app and the desktop version.

Use Facebook In An Excel Sheet

Few months back, I had posted an article on How To Access Blocked Sites. Many of them used those techniques to access the blocked sites at work.

On that post, How to Access Blocked Sites, most of them had comment about the access on Facebook. So later I had posted an article on how to Access Facebook Through GMail. And here I come up with another way to access the Facebook.

As we all know, the social networking sites like Facebook, Orkut, Tweeter etc… are blocked in most of the offices. And most of the employees are desperate to login to Facebook and do not wish to get caught. Keeping these views in mind, Diesel introduced a new application which looks like an Excel Workbook, but it is actually an application to access Facebook account.

After installing Be Stupid At Work, 1st of all, you need to login into your Facebook account through the application. As soon as you would login, it would request your for permission, allow access to it.

Now you can the Facebook. You can update your status, like and comment on posts etc…etc… Of course, its not the full Facebook experience, but still it is a wonderful application to access Facebook.

This application is a replication of Microsoft’s Excel, but it doesn’t totally resemble like the Excel Sheet. All the function are been disabled. Only in the file tab, you can find the functions which would help you to use Facebook. Excel sheets have never been this fun. I hope you all will enjoy it!
